Solar, Battery, Grid & House views
Besides the main Overview, the app offers four entity views: Solar, House, Grid, and Battery. You switch them from the menu (sidebar). The same time range (Today, Week, Month, etc.) applies; only the metrics and charts change.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”- Overview is the default: combined energy flow, generation, consumption, grid, and (if applicable) battery in one place.
- Use it for a quick picture of the whole system and live flow (solar → house/battery/grid, grid → house, battery charge/discharge).
- Focuses on PV generation.
- You see solar production over the selected period, and (if your inverter reports it) string-level data (e.g. PV1, PV2) so you can compare strings.
- Useful for checking how much you’re generating and whether one string underperforms.
- Focuses on house consumption (loads).
- Shows how much the house used and how it was supplied: from solar, battery, and grid.
- Helps you see consumption patterns and how much you’re using from each source.
- Focuses on grid interaction.
- Shows import (grid → house) and export (house/solar → grid), and may include grid voltage/frequency where available.
- Useful for understanding when you’re buying from or selling to the grid.
Battery
Section titled “Battery”- Focuses on the battery (if you have one).
- Shows state of charge (SoC), charge and discharge power, and how the battery is used over the selected period.
- Helps you see charging/discharging behaviour and how much energy went in and out of the battery.
Switching views
Section titled “Switching views”- Open the menu (hamburger icon, top right).
- Under the main navigation you’ll see Overview, Solar, House, Grid, Battery.
- Tap the view you want. The dashboard content updates; the time range and selected inverter stay the same.
Same time range everywhere
Section titled “Same time range everywhere”- Today, Yesterday, Week, Month, Year, and Select Date work the same in every entity view.
- Only the metrics and charts change (solar vs house vs grid vs battery). Date navigation and period selector behave as in Time views.
Next steps
Section titled “Next steps”- Dashboard overview — Layout and main elements.
- Time views — Changing date and period.
- Account & settings — Device switcher and other options.
