Changing the date or period
Section titled “Changing the date or period”- Today / Yesterday — No date picker; the app uses today or yesterday.
- Week — Use the arrows or controls next to the week label to move to the previous or next week. Some UIs show the week’s start/end date.
- Month — Use previous/next month or a month/year picker.
- Year — Use previous/next year or a year picker.
- Select Date — Open the date picker and choose a day, or (if supported) a start and end date for a custom range.
After you change the date or period, the dashboard reloads data for that range. Financial insights (when energy rates are set) are shown for the same period where the app supports it.
What updates per view
Section titled “What updates per view”- Charts — Show generation, consumption, grid flow, and optionally battery over the selected period. Granularity depends on the range (e.g. hourly for day/week, daily or monthly for month/year).
- Totals — Generation, consumption, import, export, self-consumption, etc. for that period.
- Financials — If you’ve set import/export rates, cost and credit are calculated for the selected period (where supported).
URL and deep links
Section titled “URL and deep links”On web, the current view and date can be reflected in the URL (e.g. /today, /week, /month/2025/03). Opening such a link can take you straight to that view and date. The iOS app may support the same routes via deep links.
Next steps
